We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are able to un-subscribe from service announcements by clicking on the Preferences link after logging in. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email.

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your name),  we will endeavor to provide a way to correct or update  that user’s personal data provided to us. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE 
XpenseTracker currently provides users with access to a personal expense tracker which allows any user to manage his/her expenses online. These services are categorized as "SILVER" (basic) and "GOLD" (premium). There is a 30 day trial period for using XpenseTracker.com - after which GOLD services are only available for a monthly subscription of (US$)2.99. Silver services are FREE until the customer reaches a maximum of 125 transactions that he/she has access.After that threshold of 125 transactions, a user will not be able to add more transactions unless he/she enrolls into a monthly subscription of (US$)2.00 for the Silver-Plus service level.

In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web and pay any service fees associated with such access.

3. XPENSETRACKER PRIVACY POLICY 
Account Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. We   believe that your personal information belongs to you. We collect this type of information when you provide it, but we do NOT rent or sell information concerning our customers to third parties for ANY reason.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY 
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the UserID and password you choose when you create your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify xpensetracker.com of any unauthorized use of your password, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session using the Sign Out link. XpenseTracker.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 4. 

5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE 
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. 

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE 
XpenseTracker.com reserves the right at any time  to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that XpenseTracker.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. XpenseTracker.Com PROPRIETARY RIGHTS 
You acknowledge and agree that the Service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by XpenseTracker.com, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service, in whole or in part. You also agree NOT to extract the code or reverse-engineer it in anyway. Any attempt at hacking or unlawful use of XpenseTracker can and will invite the maximum prosecution allowable under the law.
